How fresh is the data?+
Live — every metric updates as new subscriptions, orders, and payments come through Shopify. There is no nightly batch.
Can I export the data?+
Yes. Every report exports to CSV. You can also pull metrics into Klaviyo or your data warehouse via webhook.
Do you separate voluntary vs. involuntary churn?+
Yes. Cancellation Flow reasons feed voluntary churn; failed-payment events feed involuntary. You see both in the retention curve.
How does inventory forecast work?+
Joy scans all active subscriptions, their next renewal dates, and the products on each plan — then projects unit demand for the next 30, 60, and 90 days.
Is analytics available on the free plan?+
Basic metrics (MRR, subscriber count, order log) are free. Advanced metrics (LTV, retention curve, inventory forecast) unlock on Starter.
Can I see analytics per product?+
